Wedding Shoes

MyWeddingShoes

Since my Facebook page has been overloaded with brides purchasing their wedding dresses, I have been hit with numerous questions in regards to shoes to go with their gowns. I decided to create my little round up of shoes that I looked at and tried on when it came time to purchase my shoes. I felt like this is a weirdly personal purchase. I am someone who is frivolous with my shoe purchases, but when it came to this one, I was very emotional. This is not just a shoe you are going looking to be a go-to throw on. This is the shoes that you are wearing to make a huge commitment and to go with your once in a lifetime gown, so it needs to be special…….& comfortable. I probably sat at Nordstroms for hours on different occasions sifting through all of my options until I ultimately settled with these Valentino beauties. I was looking for a shoe that I would never purchase normally, so it was special and would stand out, and also something that I could wear all day long. These hit every mark on my list. The color was so fun and the heel height was perfect. To me, the shoes were the most important aspect of my wedding day look, besides the rings of course. I honestly would have been more happy wearing a simple black dress, but I’m sure that my mother and grandma would have disagreed. Below I linked some of the shoes that I tried on at my numerous visits to Nordies and hope that I could help in the big day shoe decision! Happy Wedding Planning!!!
